Bronze: $250 for one student for six weeks. Silver: $750 for 18 weeks. Gold: $1,500 for the complete 36-week pathway. Recognition includes progress updates, recital invitations, and formal partner recognition.
8 / 16 Adopt-A-School
A school or youth-serving organization provides the students and space; METLC provides instruction and program leadership. Community Partner: approximately 10 students for $12,000, with a program value of $15,000. Impact Partner: approximately 20 students for $24,000, with a program value of $30,000. Multiple cohorts are custom.
9 / 16 Community Champions
The full partnership is $50,000: 36 weeks, four instructional days per week with one hour each day, and 10 complete stations with keyboards, headphones, stands, seating, and power. Ten students per class across up to four weekly sessions provides up to 40 weekly student participations.
10 / 16 Visible student outcomes
METLC tracks access, persistence, literacy, performance, and confidence. Partners receive a launch report, six-week progress snapshots, and a final impact summary.
11 / 16 Community relationships

Karl ‘KC’ Cousin began teaching music in Las Vegas in 2014. METLC became a Nevada nonprofit corporation in 2024, building on his work as a keyboardist, singer, recording artist, producer, engineer, and educator.
